**About you**
- Three years+ experience in a similar role
- Experienced in managing social media and developing strategies
- Demonstrated skills in building online communities and growing engagement
- Flair for writing engaging content for specific audiences and platforms
- Strong project/event management skills
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
- Confident building working relationships across all levels of an organisation

Selection Criteria Essential: Experienced in developing online communities and sustainably growing social media engagement.
Essential: Thorough understanding of different social media platforms, boosting content effectively, targeting audiences and using evidence to inform strategy and activities.
Essential: Strong experience managing social media and other communications such as eDMs.
Essential: A flair for writing engaging content for specific audiences and platforms
Essential: Strong project/event management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Essential: Team player with the confidence to build good working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Essential: A degree in marketing or communications (or related discipline) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Desirable: Commitment to building cultural safety.
Desirable: Multimedia production skills, including photography, video and graphics.
Desirable: Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) and Meta Business Suite.
Desirable: Passion for seeking out apps and tools that support in-house production of engaging content.
