Our client is a profitable, local Australian company that are seeking a Sales Development Representative (Inbound) to join their rapidly growing healthcare SaaS start-up.

As a member of their team, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that are shifting the healthcare system by streamlining processes. With a clear focus on supporting the business from an inbound perspective, you will be dealing with warm leads If this sounds like you, keep on reading

**About The Role**:
Your role as a Sales Development Representative will consist of building new relationships with clients and identifying opportunities through inbound (warm) communication. You will be responsible for generating leads and booking qualified meetings.

**About You**:

- Bonus points if you are in a previous SDR/BDR role for 6+ months or similar inbound calling role.
- Proven track record of exceeding KPI’s.
- You are a high energy individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Desire to learn and innately curious to know more about your clients.
- Passionate about technology and the healthcare industry.
- Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and correspondence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
