As a Personal Care Attendant at Aveo, you will assist in providing high-quality care services for residents, ensuring choice and compassion are always supported. You will enjoy building strong relationships with residents, their families and your colleagues to help ensure care outcomes are exceeded.

**About the roles at Aveo Freedom Taylor Street**:

- **We have two permanent part-time positions available with plenty of choice in rostered hours**:

- Morning, evening and night time shifts available
- We offer variability in choice as both positions can appeal to people wanting different start times and structured work schedules
- You will work as part of a team providing safe and effective personal care, tailored to the resident's needs
- Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence
- Provide assistance to the residents and community with tasks including (but not limited to): medical & personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties

**About you**:

- Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
- Current Police Check clearance (desired)
- Passionate Carer with excellent people & communication skills
- Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment
- Reliable, flexible approach to 24 hour rostering
- Experience in retirement living or home and community care

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $24.76 per hour
