**About the Position**

We have a great opportunity to join our team at
**Fletcher Insulation** as a
**Regional Sales Manager - NSW/QLD**. This role will be based in
**Sydney** and require interstate travel to Queensland to visit your teams and clients. You are going to have extensive sales management experience, being exposed to leading strong and successful Account Managers, Sales People, and BDM's across multiple states. You are a natural sales leader and thrive on supporting your team to develop lasting relationships, exceed financial sales goals, build on their development and skills and ensure your region is successful.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous Sales Management Experience
- Exposure to leading a team of 10+
- Success in leading a high-performing sales team
- Account Management & BDM experience
- Prepare and Review weekly & monthly reports for Senior Leaders
- Expert in P&L, Forecasting, Budgeting, and Financial reporting
- Skills in developing and managing KPIs
- Be able to evaluate risk and opportunity
- Knowledge of analysing data and making quick decisions
- Familiar with Office Software and CRM systems
- Experience in training and developing a team
