Manage a team responsible for Vehicle Controls Hardware, Software and Features.
- Good understanding of Ford’s Product Development process and requirements as well as experiences in technical problem solving with a business acumen.
- Have a Customer/ Quality mindset delivering the best outcome for the customer and the company.
- Managing and ensuring on-time delivery with quality of all Vehicle Controls GPDS gateway deliverables.
- Interface with cross functional teams across the organization with a Systems Engineering mindset for design robustness.
- Build strong relationship with key stakeholders.
**Qualifications Required**:
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering (or equivalent)
**Criteria (including TMM for PD)**:
- Electrical system engineering knowledge - ideally with Ford FNV2 architecture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to direct and support team activities.
- Lead commercial business aspects of engineering.
- Demonstrate ability to implement an analytical approach to problem resolution.
- Knowledge of Ford systems and processes.
