Diploma Lead Educator - Young Academics Glenmore Park.

Our lead educators are the backbone of our Rooms. Whether it is our nursery, one of our toddler rooms, or preschool, with leadership qualities you will be significant in guiding the processes and systems within our new Centre.

Other staff will look to you for mentoring, guidance and inspiration. Management and ECTs will rely upon you to be the positive liaison between themselves and the families.

Within a structured and supportive setting, our Lead Educators can be assured of pathways for personal and professional development being made available to them.

Young Academics provides education and care to children aged 0 to 6 years of age. We know early childhood is a critical time in the growth and development of a child, and as such support and scaffold their life-long-learning and wellbeing via Educators, programs, resources, operations and environmental factors that are contemporary and front-of-industry.

**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
