Are you passionate about nature, education and caring for children? We are a growing service and currently looking for Educators to join our team.

AusKids Learning and Kindergarten is a privately-owned, community orientated centre in Victoria Point Queensland. Our centre provides a stimulating, nurturing and safe homelike environment for children aged 6 weeks to Kindergarten.

We strive to provide a warm and loving atmosphere along with the highest level of quality education and long day care service.

The successful applicant must have:

- a minimum qualification of Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care _(or equivalent)_ and studying towards a 4 Year Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood _(or be willing to)_
- at least 3 years’ experience in the Early Childhood profession.
- a working knowledge of the NQF, QKLG, EYLF and current industry best practices
- an interest in Forest School Learning and Nature Play
- strong leadership qualities, be able to motivate and inspire staff, and exercise good interpersonal skills at all levels
- hold current First Aid and CPR qualifications inclusive of asthma and anaphylaxis emergency management
- hold a current Working with Children Check / Blue Card
- be computer literate, particularly in word processing with the ability to learn new programming software quickly and competently.
- be available to work 7.5 hour shifts during the Centre's operating hours of 6:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
- understand their responsibilities as a Mandatory Reporter
- have the skills to create a friendly, caring, stimulating and active learning environment
- have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being

This role requires a confident, professional and motivated educator with the ability to work within a team environment and have a strong work ethic and initiative.
