We are looking for a
**Non functional (performance) test lead **who will be responsible for managing, planning, organising, and delivering performance and security testing in projects/programs within BUPA Technology.

**How will I help?**
- Work with delivery stakeholders to define Performance and Security testing requirements, scope, workload models and recommended testing frameworks
- Review the test plans and test results for the non-functional
- Ensure all non-functional test environments are managed effectively and are kept up to date with code base
- Validate and verify quality attributes of the system, such as scalability, reliability and resource usage, among other parameters
- Establish a methodology for tracking the actual transaction during the performance test and in staging environments to design realistic automated performance test scenarios
- Diagnose and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in integrated Bupa systems
- Identifying performance issues and analysing the results and sharing the observations with the project stakeholders

**What do I need?
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- ISTQB preferred but not essential
- Experience in test methodologies and testing tools
- Good command in writing complex SQL queries for test data management
- Experience in Performance testing (load, stress, volume soak/endurance tests) or Non-functional testing (which includes performance testing, security/penetration testing, operational readiness testing, accessibility or usability testing etc)
- Must know Security testing OWASP standards
- Desirable experience in troubleshooting and resolution of performance issues
- Understanding of Unix/Oracle
- Shell scripting knowledge
- Tools: Microfocus Load runner/Jmeter, controller execution and result analysis
