Exedy Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a hands-on and enthusiastic team player to join our rapidly growing Division (Driveline Auto Parts) which specialise in automatic transmission components.

**Duties**:

- Continuing to grow a successful sales territory, as well as building on existing customer relationships
- Have the ability to identify, develop and generate sales opportunities
- Business to business sales & customer service
- Identify additional and new solutions within the market and to incorporate it successfully within the current solutions provided
- Establish excellent customer relations along with service levels to maintain customer rapport, helping to improve on selling opportunities and securing customers trust
- Assessing customer’s needs in order to recommend and suggest the correct parts required in order to carry out the job, as well as suggesting extra up-sale parts
- Providing technical solutions and customer support
- Managing the delivery of goods, as well as interstate parts transfers between branches, to ensure customers receive their goods, in the shortest time possible
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods purchased, and resolving any problems arising
- Being proactive in building on the company’s brand awareness and product offering in your region.
- Inter-company parts catalogue creation & maintenance, to assist company employee’s knowledge on products available using the AADS system.
- Assisting with picking & packing of parts for orders, as well as arranging for shipping to customers countrywide
- Constant product market research, to understand customer’s evolving needs and competitor activity, and reporting these developments to sales management
- Quoting and negotiating prices, to ensure sales are kept, and following up on quotations, to turn into sales
- Reporting to management on cost of sales and profit margins to maximize the sales of products, and aiming at maintaining desired GP results.
- Assisting with stock taking, to ensure stock levels correct and accurate

This is a full-time position (24-month fixed term contract) with a salary of $65,000 + superannuation

Australian citizens and permanent residents will need to relocate to Adelaide, South Australia.
