Host & Cafe All-rounder

XS Espresso Menai is on the lookout for dynamic and social staff to employ as Host/Hostess for its shop front. The role involves:

- Greeting customers at the door of the venue
- Assigning customers to a relevant table and explaining how to order and providing them with menus
- Running out food and drinks and confirming all the food items go to the right table
- Checking on customers and providing feedback to managers of customer experience
- At least 1 year experience in the customer service or customer facing role
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Be available on a flexible roster for morning to afternoon shifts and afternoon to night shifts
- Experience in dealing with customer complaints and improving the customer experience
- Driver's license or ability to travel to Menai for rostered shifts
- Availability on nights and weekends
- Available to work throughout the christmas holiday period

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $21.75 - $36.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
