**HIRING FOR A STORE LEADER AT OUR FLAGSHIP STORE**

Purpose of the position:

- Run a successful, profitable cafe that customers love
- Make customers happy by serving them the best coffee possible paired with exceptional service
- Ensure all staff contribute to making the coffee experience memorable
- Be a Brand Ambassador for Steam Brothers Coffee

Responsibilites:

- Ensure everything runs smoothly and effectively - assuming full responsibility for the cafe
- Rostering
- Attend quarterly store planning meetings
- Training staff in their respective roles and liaise with the Barista Trainer regarding beverage preparation, coffee training and professional development
- Onboarding all new staff making them feel apart of the team and have clarity regarding position requirements
- Ensure all staff have a thorough working knowledge of our cafe delivery system
- Prepare beverages the highest standard in the SB way
- Contribute to a culture of excellence by example
- Take orders, operate register and handle cash
- Maintain overall cleanliness and neatness of the cafe
- End of day duties
- Restocking cold and dry goods
- Ensure retail shelves are always full and neat
- Greet customers and assist with their purchases
- Provide feedback to the Head of Coffee on keeping our coffee at the highest standard

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year

- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
