**Your new role**

This role is reporting to the Injury Management, Security and Training Manager and works within a small team of friendly and supportive people. It is standard full time hours, Monday until Friday.

The main responsibilities of this role would be looking after injury management and rehabilitation (return to work plans) of the site workers.

Some of the more key responsibilities would be as follows:

- Communication and planning on Injury management and return to work processes
- Complete Injury reviews and organise treatment plans (depending on background and qualifications)
- Attendance at medical appointments to support employees
- Coordinating workers compensation plans
- Provide clinical intervention if necessary

**What you'll need to succeed**

This role will require someone who is dedicated to helping others and creating a safe working environment for all workers.

Some of the key selection criteria are:

- AHPRA Registration in: Registered Nurse; Occupational Therapy; Chiropractor; Physiotherapy; Exercise Physiology;
- HLTSS00027 Occupational first aid
- HLTAID003 Provide first aid.
- Experience providing first aid treatment and patient care.
- Experience in Injury management and prevention is preferred.
