**Sales Representative**

At Smokemart and Giftbox we are looking for a gun sales representative to join our field team working from Tweed Heads down to Coffs Harbour as far west to Grafton to actively seek out and obtain new customers. The role will be to grow the Wholesale business.

Smokemart & GiftBox have been operating in Australia for over 30 years and remain as the leading tobacconist and giftware company in the country, now with three unique brands. Smokemart is the largest privately-owned tobacconist in the world and is the go-to destination for all things tobacco and smoking accessories.

**Your Objectives**
- Deliver on all sales budgets within Smokemart, Vape and Accessories
- Maintain a strong brand presence within your area
- Growing volume and profitability with existing customers
- Taking a lead on prospecting future customer opportunities
- Face to Face Canvassing
- Visits customers on a regular basis to maintain a strong relationship and inform them of new products and products transitions
- Resolves customer queries by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management
- Liaising with warehouse teams to ensure customer service expectations are achieved

**Key Requirements**
- Strong Communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Patience and problem-solving attitude with the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations
- Ability to analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to Travel locally and throughout state
