**Lankan Filling Station** is a bustling and fast paced inner-city venue in the suburb of **Darlinghurst**. Since opening in July 2018 we have continued to deliver a high level of excellence whilst pushing Sri Lankan flavours into the spotlight of Australian cuisine. **Floor Staff**

Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming guests
- Preparing dining tables
- Taking food drink orders and serving meals
- Processing take away orders
- General cleaning

We offer a casual, yet professional style of service with an in-depth knowledge on the flavours, ingredients, origins, and pairings of the food. Previous experience as a wait staff in a casual - fine dining setting is highly favoured, but we welcome individuals of all ability to build on their skills.

Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training is mandatory for this role.

We currently operate from Tuesday - Saturday and therefore shifts will involve a mixture of evenings and weekend.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
