CoreLogic RP Data is the industry's leading provider of property information, analytics and risk management services in Australia and New Zealand, serving thousands of real estate agents, developers, investors and multi-national corporations and financial institutions, including the Reserve Bank of Australia. Our main activity is the delivery of accurate and detailed property information and analytics.
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of assigned tasks in the areas of data analysis, data extraction, data assessment, documentation and reporting.
**Job Description**:
What will you be doing?
The role includes:
- in-depth analysis of customer data to identify key patterns, trends, and insights that support business goals and objectives.
- development and implementation of advanced segmentation models to group customers based on various attributes, behaviours, and demographics, enabling targeted marketing strategies and personalized customer experiences.
- utilisation of statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, including customer profiling, customer lifetime value, customer journey analysis, and churn prediction.
- collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and sales, to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives.
- designing and executing A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of customer segmentation strategies.
- developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to effectively communicate analytical insights to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
- continuous monitoring and evaluation of the performance of segmentation models and analytical frameworks, making iterative improvements to enhance accuracy and effectiveness.
- development and maintenance of data governance strategy and dissemination to relevant teams.
- advanced identity resolution to help more accurately understand customer profiles and behavioural characteristics.
Job Qualifications:
Are you the right fit?
You need to have:
- proven experience in
- data cleansing, analytics and visualisation
- advanced SQL
- data governance, guidelines and principles
- customer data and segmentation, including customer lifecycle management, customer journey mapping, and customer behaviour analysis.
- a demonstrated ability to
- collaborate in cross-functional teams, and be self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and personal development
- deal with a complex data environment
- dive into datasets with meticulous detail.
- strong interpersonal skills, with expertise in
- cross-group collaboration
- stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge in data warehousing, including data modelling, query optimisation, and performance tuning.
- excellent problem solving acumen.
- excellent written and oral communication skills.
- experience Python is a bonus but not essential.
What credentials do you need?
- a solid understanding of, and expertise in data governance, analytics and segmentation
- 2+ years in the customer data domain
- formal qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
