CRU is excited to announce a new hybrid role within Schools Ministry designed to be a crossover role between CRU Educational Camps and Schools Ministry.

We all know about the benefits of short-term community for engaging with students and also the importance of regular follow up for their ongoing discipleship and growth.

Currently no one role is able to do both these things, however, we now have an exciting and unique opportunity to staff a new role that both serves students on camp and then follows them up in schools. This is an amazing ministry opportunity

The Schools Ministry Partner role is a full-time, permanent role in CRU’s Schools Ministry team while also working closely with CRU Educational Camps. It’s a role where you can share Jesus with school students on camp and then step into those same schools regularly to personally follow up with students and teachers to grow those kingdom relationships each term.

**As a Schools Ministry Partner, you will**:

- Own school relationships with around 10 schools
- Follow up students personally through visiting CRU Groups, chapels and events
- Preach the gospel to hundreds or even thousands of students each term
- Be on team for CRU Educational Camps for your schools
- Help lead at key CRU events like FIT, InterCRUs, CrossTrain, and our Teachers’ Conference
- Grow through theological training and on the job training all paid for by CRU. You will also be given time during your work week to complete this training.

Every school visit in this role creates a new and exciting challenge as you grow in your ability to preach God’s Word and also support teachers in their ministry. You’ll help students stay connected to faith communities like CRU Groups and youth groups and be part of God’s long-term work in their lives. This is more than a new role here at CRU. It’s a new way to help students not only hear the gospel — but keep growing in their faith.
