Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for a passionate hospitality leader to join our dynamic team as we head into our 100th year at O'Reilly's, which includes the Rainforest Retreat, Villas, Campground and our latest most exclusive offering, Pat's Farm. We are one of Australia’s most respected eco-tourism resorts with a keen focus on unforgettable guest experiences, warm hospitality, sustainability and comfort.

**Your Role**:
As our Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will bring proven expertise to lead us into our highly anticipated Centenary Celebrations in 2026. You’ll lead a diverse and energetic front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant, bar and events offerings. Your energy, innovation, and strong leadership will be critical to overseeing our daily operations, staff training, cost control, and guest satisfaction.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of our bar, restaurants and events
- Lead and inspire a professional and passionate FOH team
- Drive exceptional guest experiences in line with our values
- Oversee ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Collaborate with the Exec Chef to deliver high-quality culinary and beverage guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with RSA and health & safety standards

**About You**:

- Proven experience in managing high-quality bar and restaurant operations
- Demonstrated ability in managing P&L's
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest moments
- Hands-on approach and a calm presence in a fast-paced environment
- RSA Certification (essential)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
