O'Reilly's Canungra Valley Vineyards is one of Queensland's most picturesque destinations set along the scenic Canungra Creek and surrounded by lush vineyards. We host a wide range of events including weddings, private functions, our wine club members events and corporate gatherings, alongside our popular cellar door, picnic experiences, and café dining.
We're looking for a full-time Function Supervisor to join our vibrant team and help deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for coordinating and managing events from start to finish — from liaising with clients to ensuring smooth execution on the day.
When events are not scheduled, you'll assist with other areas of our food and beverage operations including cellar door service, lunch service, and wine tastings.
Key Details:
- Weekend availability is essential
- Late nights only for weddings (majority of days finish before 5:00 pm)
- Involvement in both front-of-house and event coordination
- Opportunity to grow within the team and business
- Work closely with venue manager
About You
We're seeking someone who:
- Is experienced in hospitality, events, or wedding coordination
Has a willingness to learn
Is passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Is highly organised with great attention to detail
- Is confident managing and leading small teams
- Excellent in communication and client relationships
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive
