- Utilise various platforms to advertise job openings and increase the visibility of the organization in the job market.

6. Coordination of Recruitment Process:

- Schedule and facilitate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.

- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and industry practices to make informed decisions in the recruitment process.
