Create your best future and join **Westpac**as a **Data Analyst**for a **12 months fixed term**role. **What’s the role?** The Customer Solutions UNITE Team supports enterprise initiatives by ensuring solutions are customer-focused, enhance business performance, and reduce risk. As a Data Analyst, you’ll act as the link between the UNITE program and the Customer Solutions Data Team, representing business unit needs during discovery and design phases. You'll focus on capturing data processes for integration into new systems, lead coordination across initiatives, assess data and reporting impacts, and advocate for the business. The role is based in Sydney with a hybrid setup of three days in the office for a 12 months fixed term contract role. **What do I need?** - Represent the Customer Solutions data domain in UNITE initiatives, aligning on data requirements and supporting business cases and governance forums. - Identify downstream data impacts, systems, controls, and dependencies across transformation programs, ensuring smooth delivery and risk mitigation. - Coordinate with data SMEs, managers, and analytics teams to plan data releases and ensure thorough engagement throughout the program. - Skilled in data modelling, predictive analytics, and tools like Excel (macros, VBA), SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, and PowerApps. - Brings extensive experience in consultative business analysis with excellent written and verbal communication. **Why join us?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
