The appointment will be to the Metro North Health for the provision of services to one of the acute Hospitals.
About you
Provide medical care to respiratory inpatients under the supervision of senior specialist respiratory physicians.
Participation to 2 respiratory outpatient clinics per week.
Participation to daily consultant-led ward rounds.
Provide ward-based respiratory consultations and reviews for surgical and medical teams under the supervision of specialist respiratory physicians.
Upskilling in interpretation of respiratory function tests and cross-sectional thoracic imaging.
Upskilling in ultrasound-guided pleural drain insertion.
