**Qualifications & experience**
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within the quick service or fast-casual dining industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence and exceed performance targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekend and evening shifts.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Operational Perfection - Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of the store to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Team Leadership - Working alongside our dedicated HR team to recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance - Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety through regular inspections, audits, and compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction - Drive guest satisfaction by promoting our customer-centric approach, resolving customer complaints, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Strategic Planning - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives, marketing ideas, and promotional activities to drive business growth.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management - Manage inventory levels, procurement, minimize waste.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
