We are searching an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and experienced Store Manager to provide leadership, guidance and maintain standards and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coach and motivate your team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets
- Managing the retail team to ensure consistent development of customer relationships and satisfaction
- Ensuring the successful running of the retail stores and taking responsibility for ensuring the operations of the stores run smoothly and achieve set targets
- Handle recruitment and performance conversations within your assigned stores
- Handle all rostering

What you will bring to the team:

- Previous retail management experience (2 to 3 years)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage people
- Strong sales skills with the ability to guide customers through our range of products
- Career driven
- Work under pressure with a proactive attitude and not be precious about rolling up your sleeves to get the work done - a ‘can-do’ attitude

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
