Production Supervisor

**About the role**:

- Full time permanent role.
- Alternating fortnightly roster of 3 shifts week one, then 4 shifts week two.
- You will be scheduling, planning and running the daily production team.
- This role also has responsibility for maintaining our HACCP, AQIS and other management systems.
- You will also drive sustainable processes that improve the culture, environment, team performance and productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, train and motivate a medium to large sized team.
- Plan production which includes scheduling and staff rostering.
- Ensure compliance to all seafood regulatory and legislative requirements such as HACCP, OH&S and AQIS.
- Develop and implement a training matrix.
- Develop rigorous controls to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Review, recommend and implement changes to systems, processes, and procedures to ensure best outcomes and continuous improvements.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in food processing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory / management position.
- Previous experience in managing HACCP, OH&S and AQIS systems.
- Previous experience in stores, boxing and inventory.
- Excellent data entry and computer skills.
- Food Science, Technology degree - highly regarded.
- Current forklift licence - essential.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

- 12 hour shift
