**The Organisation**

FourQuarters Recruitment has been exclusively engaged to recruit a Security Awareness and Training Lead for a very large business with a number of locations in each state across Australia.

The industry that this organisation sits in is very interesting with a large attack surface and mission critical systems that are consistently targeted by threat actor groups.

**The Role**

At a high level you will be tasked with rolling out and executing the function with strategic assistance from the HO Security.
- Plan, execute and coordinate key deliverables across security awareness, training, campaigns and communications
- Coordinate and manage the weekly activities of a junior consultant in the function
- Produce comm's and consistent messaging surrounding best practise
- Design and lead the virtual and on site training function
- Measure and report on initiatives taken up to c level
- Develop appealing, interesting content and training resources for a diverse cohort
- Travel - Approx 10/20% of your role - TBD

This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the intention of extension & or permanent following this.

**About You**:

- Time spent running programs, delivering training and accelerating a culture of change
- An understanding of organisational culture and how to influence behaviours
- Superb stakeholder skills, paired with an infectious personality
- Ideally experience in some sort of cyber function

Where can you live? Really anywhere across Australia with a preference for the eastern seaboard. Most of your travel will probably be within your state.

Salary wise - targeting the $150k+Super (happy to discuss)
