**Description**:
Purpose

To provide strategic management of CoAct’s team of Employment Services Professionals, who manage the contract performance and revenue for our network of Service Partners across Disability Employment Services and Workforce Australia, ensuring a high quality of service and performance are maintained, and that we continue to be a leader in this field.

**Responsibilities**:
Represent Operations through participation in Senior Leadership team (SLT)

Develop and nurture mutually rewarding relationships with an array of CoAct stakeholders including Service Partners, National Employers, Industry Associations and Employees

Strategically manage CoAct’s Employment Services contracts to ensure they are delivered to the highest standard and in compliance with funder guidelines and accreditation requirements

Effective management of Partner performance including adherence to CoAct’s Performance Management Framework

Manage Operations team including Program Managers and Business Partners

Financial management of budgets & alignment to profitability targets

Business Development activities to generate additional revenue streams

Lead our network through effective co-design of service delivery, operationalising the vision of the network while delivering on funder expectations

Working across the business and network to identify innovation, efficiencies, improvements, and opportunities for the operations team

**Skills and Experiences**:
Personal Attributes

Articulate, good interpersonal and written communication skills

An extremely confident speaker of influence, comfortable delivering presentations and facilitating discussion with large audiences

A critical thinker, able to find win-win outcomes across competing interests

A strategic, open leader, capable of supporting and fostering a high-performance environment focussed on professional development and organisational excellence

Required Experience

Demonstrated expertise in managing a range of strategic, operational and management functions within a community service, Government, or private sector environment

Desirable Experience

Experience in a community-based organisation or membership environment

Experience in Employment Services or another funded environment at a middle/senior management level

Desirable Qualifications

Degree/Diploma level experience in a relevant field

Proven ability in high level business analysis and performance enhancement initiatives

Understanding of the key financial drivers necessary to grow and sustain a successful business
