**About the Company**
This leading manufacturer are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to drive change and efficiencies in their state-of-the-art facility.
**About the Role**
As the leader of the FP&A team, you will be responsible for helping the business achieve its financial goals. You'll work closely with all relevant departments to provide comprehensive management and analysis reports, and partner with key stakeholders to help them understand the financial performance of their respective areas.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for performance reporting, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing meaningful insights on trends and key drivers to enhance business performance. You will also be responsible for driving cost management and identifying opportunities for optimising information for the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning processes.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you must have a sound understanding of accounting principles and fundamentals, as well as excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you must have experience in FP&A, as well as a bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting or Commerce and be CPA or CA qualified.
But it's not just about technical skills - you must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to gain the confidence of executives and stakeholders across the business. You should be able to manage deadlines, workload, and prioritise tasks while leading and mentoring team members.
