As a Donor Services Change and Improvement Manager, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders and drive transformational change across all functional areas of the Donor Services division. Reporting to the Director of Collections Performance and Improvement, you will play an important role in managing complex and/or large-scale change initiatives. You’ll use your leadership capabilities to manage a small team and provide expert change management guidance and oversight, and shape the change agenda for Donor Services, whilst ensuring alignment with divisional and organisational strategy.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for;
A minimum of three years demonstrated recent experience in a change management role

Project management experience and/or qualification (eg. Agile, PRINCE2), including knowledge of risk assessment and risk management methodology

Knowledge of adult learning culture, change and social movement theory

Experience of monitoring and evaluating the impact and sustainability of improvements on healthcare or equivalent

Experience of supporting operational teams through radical change with a sound knowledge of change management principles and theory

Collaborative approach with ability to communicate and engage in service improvement activities

Experience using data triangulated with operational story telling

Proven ability to identify, evaluate and execute change initiatives that align with agreed strategy

Previous leadership in government, NFP or commercial organisation

Knowledge and/or experience in process improvement methodologies eg. Lean, Six Sigma

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model of working from home and from one of our Processing Centres.
