**Position**: Educational Leader at Hills Early Learning Centre

**Location**: Jimboomba

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week

**Hours**:Up to 38 hours with flexibility

**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children
