To be considered for a role, you will have experience in planning and documentation, and hold the following qualifications, with experience in the early childhood sector:

- Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively studying towards
- Experience in a leadership position in a childcare setting
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Blue Card

You'll have high level knowledge of the National Quality Framework and an understanding of the principles of Early Years Learning Framework. You are committed to your own development and display a high level of self-awareness. You'll thrive on working within a team and enjoy having some fun along the way
