**Disability Support Worker (7 Days Availability) - SRS-Based, Practical & Personal Support Focus**

We’re looking for reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers who are available **across all seven days of the week**. This casual role is based in a **Supported Residential Services (SRS)** facility and has the potential to become permanent for the right person.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting residents with daily living tasks in a respectful, person-centred way
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting residents with domestic routines and structured activities
- Encouraging participation in recreational and social programs
- Promoting independence and wellbeing within the SRS environment

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Required**:

- A genuine interest in helping others in a residential care setting
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Flexibility for a range of shifts across the week

**Preferred**:

- Certificate IV in Disability or related experience
- Driver’s Licence
- Experience supporting people with complex needs or behaviours

**Position Type**: Casual (with potential for ongoing permanent)
**Pay Range**: From $32.79 per hour + penalties
**Location**: In-person (SRS facility in Melbourne)
**Schedule**: Day, afternoon, evening and S/O shifts - **Availability required across all seven days**
