Intrax is seeking a full time Cadastral Surveyor to be a part of our Victoria Surveying team that can be based in any of our 3 Victorian offices.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- A completed tertiary qualification in Surveying
- Exposure to the land and building industry
- Experience with CAD, and bricscad is a bonus
- Experience in Survey Plan Drafting, Drafting Detail Surveys
- Experience with Leica Total Station and GPS Equipment
- Proven strong organizational and time management skills
- Current manual driver's licence
- Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team; and
- Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail.
**What will your day look like?**
- Use a combination of CAD, Terramodel and various other software systems undertake the survey computation requirements for work
- Undertake Cadastral Field Surveying activities, more specifically title re-establishment survey, telco lease
- Maintain technical standards.
- Computations and data processing
- Direct liaison with client, attending to client's needs and advising/consulting on surveying issues.
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently of management to complete survey tasks and solve problems autonomously
