We’re searching for an energetic, bubbly, confident and charismatic team member who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Retail experience is preferred however not a deal breaker for the right person. We are looking for a superstar who loves engaging with customers and also isn’t afraid to work with us to build our social media in the way of brand awareness and engagement (yes. that may involve the latest Tik Tok dance moves or challenging yourself with our most sour candy or hot sauce just for fun). As a member of the Customer Service Team, you will primarily be responsible for all point-of-sale duties and providing outstanding customer service. You may also be called on to assist rotating stock, help with store presentation as well as other tasks from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication skills**: The ability to communicate well, welcoming customers, helping them find products that meet their needs.
- **Point of sale duties**:Processing cash and EFTPOS sales
- **Social media knowledge**: Understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- **Content creation**: The ability to create and participate in engaging content for social media.
- **Attention to detail**: The ability to pay close attention to detail.
- **Adaptability**: The ability to learn quickly and adapt techniques to meet requirements
- **Teamwork**: The ability to work well with others

This role is casual with shifts to be scheduled between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm in our Ashmore store.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $37.24 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
