- Prior experience in a busy face to face retail or hospitality store
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication; both written and verbal
- Computer literate
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- The aptitude to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment

**Role and Responsibilities**

You will be required to manage a team of staff and report to Company Retail Manager. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to all customers
- Act as a **positive** role model for all team members.
- Ensure team complete training that is required and upskill. Complete and keep up to date with all training and communication company platform
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Supervise and participate in the preparation, cooking and packing of the products according to the approved recipes.
- Ensure that all aspects of the company policies and procedures are being followed at store level.
- Monitor the overall appearance of the store to ensure that it is clean, presentable
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending Operations meetings and educational workshops.
- Compliance of the food safety standard are meet.
