The Line Operator is required to work co-operatively within a team that is continuously seeking to improve the way we do things and to be responsible for all defined aspects of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability and Morale (SQCDSM).

This role will be working across Rotating Shifts - morning/afternoon/night.

Additionally you will have:

- Set up, operate, monitor, adjust, changeover and shut down production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are understood and met
- Ensure product safety by monitoring quality, identifying and communicating possible sources of product risk
- Understand product quality standards and the plant standard running conditions that apply, relevant to area of accountability within the plant
- Follow set routines to prepare for changeovers
- Work individually and in groups to identify sources of waste and other improvement opportunities.
- Provide help and assistance to colleagues as they carry out their duties and seek help and support when necessary
