**The Company**
Large global company listed overseas undertaking a significant business improvement initiative that is across the whole group, multiple divisions. With an incredible amount of data, you will add firepower to key decision making on business expansion, cost efficiencies, process enhancements and scaling for future growth. With a ANZ head office in Melbourne and operations/divisions across the country, the key decisions are made right here.

**The Engagement**
You will be provided a high-level scope of works, including creating and presenting business cases supporting executive initiatives. They will range from existing operational, back office processes (including systems/technology), new business development/tenders, and implementations. You will have access to executives, data, and tools enabling you to make your strategic recommendations in the form of business cases and presentations to executives. You will use BI tools, PowerPoint, and excel throughout your engagement. Depending on the outcomes, you may be extended to execute your recommendations.

**About You**
Coming from a management consulting, strategy, or finance background - you have consistently been able to identify and solve key business issues from operations, systems, processes, etc to maximise both top and bottom-line results. You are a confident self-starter that gets into the detail when doing analysis but can cut to the chase when communicating with executives to drive decision making. You thrive on owning projects, take pride in your work, and see yourself as a business advisor. You love making a positive impact on results and bring a commercial mind and lateral thinking to the table to solve key business problems.
