The position requires a highly motivated individual to perform manual labouring tasks as needed across all areas of the Millar Road Landfill Facility, principally related to Recycling/Transfer Station operations and site management. The individual need to ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standard through the development and delivery of litter collection and a site maintenance programme.

You will have sound knowledge of sanitary landfill site operation and traffic management and organisation skills. Sound knowledge of the City’s WHS policies, worksite safety and traffic management. You possess well developed verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable communicating to customers. You will have a current ‘C’ class drivers licence and Construction Induction Training (White Card).

This position offers a gross wage of **$1,340** per week (gross) which incorporates all allowances and penalty rates, and:

- 11.5% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%
