**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Focusing on the management of promotional materials in review cycles as well as the integrity of materials database, strategy development, business analytics and other initiatives, you will integrate into local cross-functional teams. You will support business leads on key projects, as well as having the opportunity to lead your own initiatives. Spanning the breadth of the organisation, you will engage with the following business functions: Access & External Affairs, Pricing, Public Affairs, Marketing, & Commercial Operations.

On a day-to-day basis you will be accountable for:

- Creating & developing messaging documents and communications
- Monitoring competitor intelligence and policy landscape
- Working effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a strong network to support Organon’s objectives
- Contributing to Organon strategy, message development and implementation of commercial and policy projects, including leading policy response where appropriate
- Managing professional relationships with agencies that work with Organon
- Managing internal approval processes
- Monitoring events relevant to industry policy, competitors, regulatory and reimbursement environment and support the team in identifying and responding to key trends which impact Organon
- Drafting briefing documents, submissions and messaging documents to support Organon in engagement with key stakeholders
- Supporting access to the market through pricing analysis and research.
- Supporting the execution of brand plans, including associated commercial initiatives and monitor their success
- Analysing quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Developing communication and engagement plans to successfully prosecute Organon’s policy positions
- Adhering to Organon and Medicines Australia standards as well as applicable policies, procedures and regulations as required

**What's required of you**:

- You must be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia/New Zealand with full, unrestricted work rights
- You must have graduated (or be about to) within the last 12 months with a Bachelor's degree majoring in Commerce, Business, Communication, Engineering or Science
- Your writing skills, required for both internal and external communications, must be exceptional
- You will be able to operate within a team, relied upon to consistently work in collaboration with others to achieve deadlines
- You should be confident in your ability to communicate messages in English both written and verbally to broad audiences
