**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing, motivating and developing your team in accordance with the companies standards and guidelines
- Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
- Planning and managing the rosters for your team
- Conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
- Utilizing your industry knowledge about the latest fashion trends to conduct market research in order to deliver feedback to Head Office in Spain
- Managing and supporting the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor replenishment at all times
- Taking ownership of your departments budgets and targets, and analyzing efficiency to achieve the company’s objective

**Skills and Experience**
- 3 or more years management experience in the retail/hospitality sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to drive sales and achieve KPI's for your department
- An eye for spotting the latest fashion trends
- The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
- The ability to motivate and develop a team to be future ZARA leaders
- Visual Merchandising experience a plus
