- Afternoon Shift: 12PM - 10PM Wednesday to Saturday

**What you’ll do**
- Supervise the execution of trailer asset allocations in a way that enables high fleet utilization and mínimal trailer asset idle time
- Ensure all allocations and dispatch operations are performed at the highest service levels, whilst utilising cost saving initiatives
- Deliver service level outcomes for stores measured through various KPI’s
- Support the timely and efficient execution of Ad Hoc and Special Events store deliveries
- Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with relevant Woolworths Group policies, procedures and any legislative requirements
- Work closely with DC and 3PL teams ensuring continuous operations flow, update stakeholders on a real time basis of any obstructions and / or non-compliance
- Monitor Chain of Responsibility safety processes.

**What you’ll bring**
- Supervision experience in Transport Operations
- Comprehensive understanding of transport operations including experience in an allocator/fleet scheduler role advantageous
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision
- People leadership experience
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of the Sydney and Central Coast area, suburbs and road networks in the region
- Availability to work weekends
