**About the Mobile Support and Treatment Service & Austin Drug and Alcohol Service.**

The **Mobile Support and Treatment Service (MSTS)** provides assertive mobile outreach for consumers of mental health services in their local communities of Nillumbik and Banyule. Assertive and outreach service provision brings mental health care to the consumer's home, and aims to reduce hospital admissions while working collaboratively and therapeutically with consumers to optimise living in the community.

The **Austin Drug and Alcohol Service (ADAS)** provides specialist pharmacotherpy services to consumers requiring supports in addition to those provided by usual community health services. ADAS has expertise in the assessment and management of licit and illicit opiod misuse and other substance use disorders.

**About the role**

The Program Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of ADAS and MSTS, including the effective delivery of clinical services to consumers and their families.

A regular day will see you:

- Provide clinical and operational leadership through forums such as clinical case conferences and program business meetings.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as specialist psychiatrists, Forensic Specialists, other organisational leaders, government agencies, and consumers and their families.
- Working with a team of established clinicians to actively engage in service improvement activies and celebrate achievements

**About you**

To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:

- A passion for delivering high quality and evidenced based mental health care in a community setting.
- An ability to lead and bring out the best in others.
- Experience in leadership and management.
- Experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Hold current and unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, or Occupation Therapist.
- Eligible for registration with the AASW as a qualified Social Worker
- Post graduate qualifications in a mental health related field and/or management.
