This amazing BRAND NEW 34 place family owned centre near Pennant Hills is looking for two Cert III working towards Diploma or Diploma qualified room leaders for their Nursery 0-2 and Toddler 2-3 Room.
They are part of a chain of centres around Sydney, with an amazing reputation and highly experienced owners.

**Key responsibilities included but are not limited to**:

- Design and implementation of a high quality educational program.
- Develop and maintain individual child portfolios keeping staff and families abreast.
- Effectively communicate with team members to ensure smooth running of the daily routines and general operation of the centre.
- Enhance children’s developmental areas based on their interests.
- Interact and supervise indoor/outdoor activities.
- Develop and build long term professional relationships with co-workers, families and children.
- Certificate III working towards Diploma or Diploma educator
- Previous Room Leader experience is preferred.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm & commitment to the early childhood sector.
- A passion for working with families to ensure optimum outcomes for their children

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
