Comace are a seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Technician to join their team.

We're looking for an independent, experienced and self motivated individual who'll be right at home servicing our commercial building maintenance clients. Working predominantly in retail and other commercial spaces, you'll be on the frontline of our business in Adelaide.

The role is ideally suited to someone who is a confident problem solver. An all-rounder with a broad range of skills and experience working with a multitude of materials.

You'll need to be well presented and have great communication and time management skills. We provide a company vehicle for your use and can offer regular overtime.

Skills required:

- Proficiency and experience in use of power and hand tools
- Basic knowledge/skill of 1st/2nd fix carpentry, plasterboard fixing, flushing and repairs, painting, door hanging & hardware, flooring repairs,

Must Have:

- Prior experience in the construction industry (5 Years Min)
- Australian drivers license (mandatory)
- White Card
- Basic Tools

Desirable Licenses/Certifications:

- Scissor Lift License (Desired)
- Welding Experience

**Salary**: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
