**About our client and the role**

If you're a confident EL1 Data Professional with a passion for leading and developing others, we are currently working on a great opportunity for you to consider. In this role you'll join a medium sized agency with strong strategic plans, a healthy budget and will be provided the autonomy to shape how data and insights are delivered in the future.

You'll combine your technical expertise with enjoyment for resolving complex problems to respond to a vast array of stakeholder requests and proactively deliver useful insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the delivery of data analysis and strategic reporting alongside your team.
- Maintain data integrity through data validation activities.
- Drive ongoing improvements to existing process and develop new process' to enable stakeholders to deliver on their priorities.
- Progress a sustainable data-driven culture by building strong stakeholder relationships, building awareness and providing education.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated data management experience within a government organisation.
- Developed leadership skills developed ideally directly through a management role although mentoring and informal leadership duties are also valued highly.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance, ideally NV1 level.
