A global leader in a financial online product, with offices in 17 countries - they offer their customers a world-leading financial tool, with excellent customer support to match.
**Your new role**
The focus on the role is to provide team leadership. You’ll be responsible for a team of 8-10 Trading Services Support staff. You’ll support them to achieve success in their role and career. You’ll represent the local team in meetings with international teams.
Typical day:
- One to ones with direct reports
- Reporting
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to channel the customer voice internally
**What you'll need to succeed**
You’ll thrive on enabling your team to achieve high client satisfaction scores, improve their first-time resolution capability and meeting the expected handling times and adherence to process. You’ll lead the team through changes that happen regularly, both small and large, due to working across many product lines and the regulatory environment across different countries.
**What you'll get in return**
As you’ll be supporting a global client base, the start time range from 06:00 to 09:00 depending on global meetings scheduled and internal cover. Standard working week is 40 hours.
