**The Opportunity**
The Regulation Directorate sits within the Transport Policy and Regulation Division and is responsible for driving the Government’s regulation and policy initiatives and ensuring appropriate compliance, behaviour and safe access across our transport networks.

Key duties include:

- Delivering high-quality rider instruction in line with Rider Safe policies and customer service standards.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Rider Safe program with a focus on road safety.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the Rider Safe training ranges and motorcycle fleet.
- Supporting other program duties as directed by the Coordinator Rider Safe.

**Requirements/Experience**
Must hold a current unconditional South Australian Motorcycle licence.

A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a motorcycle rider is considered desirable.

Previous experience in a training environment is considered desirable.

**Special Conditions**
- A National Police Check (NPC) which is required to be renewed every three years.
- A Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

**Remuneration**
OPS2 - $58,709 to $63,154 per annum
