**Responsibilities**:
As a Research Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and executing research projects, utilizing your expertise in areas such as brand health, market segmentation, U&A, product optimization, CX, behavior nudging, communications development, and policy evaluation. You will have the opportunity to work on both tracking and ad-hoc projects, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, designing research methodologies, analysing data, and delivering actionable insights.
- A strong background in social research, market research, or a related field.
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS/Q) and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex research findings to clients.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for innovative problem-solving.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
