- Are you a skilled Boilermaker looking for a new challenge? Our specialised workshop in Withcott is buzzing with work, and we are looking to expand our growing team. This is a permanent opportunity where you’ll report to the Workshop Manager and play a key role in manufacturing and maintaining Drilling and Well Servicing equipment as well as supporting the broader Ventia business.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Maintain and Repair: Inspect, service, and repair equipment to ensure top performance
- Fabrication and Welding: Use your trade skills for fabrication and remedial welding
- Compliance and Quality: Perform fabrication repairs in line with legislative and manufacturer requirements
- Documentation: Complete daily reports, timesheets, repair requests and non-conformance reports

**What's Needed?**
- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication (Boilermaking)
- Understanding of industry legislation and compliances
- Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and manufacture to tolerance
- Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and workplace health and safety
- Current Drivers Licence
