The Design Studio Receptionist reports to the Design Studio Manager and is part of the Thornton Interior Design team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to warmly welcome clients to the studio and manage client appointments with our interior design consultants. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- Meet and greet all clients to the studio
- Answering calls from clients and other stakeholders
- Being the connection between the clients and our interior design consultants
- Managing and maintaining the reception area
- General admin support to design consultants
- Assist with events and meeting co-ordination

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MyChoice and NEX Building Group along with:

- Commitment to providing excellence in customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong record keeping, planning, and organising
- An interest in design and home decorating
- Barista experience is an advantage
