**What is the opportunity?**

As a Personal Care Worker (PCW) & Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by:

- Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
- Providing personal care assistance with daily living
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
- Building relationships with our residents and visitors
- Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
- A team player who enjoys having FUN at work

**What is waiting for you**:

- We offer a rate above awards with a base pay level of **$38.43 to $88.39 per hour**excluding superannuation.
- Flexible working hours. You can choose to work shifts that suit your availability.

- *Starting pay level will depend on aged care experience_

**What we need from you**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- COVID-19 vaccinations with Booster
- Current Flu Shot
- Preferrably with prior work experience at aged care facilities
- Available for 3 shifts weekdays (AM, PM, and night shifts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $38.43 - $88.39 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (required)
- Police Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
